• We've made rescheduling and cancelling your appointments as easy and convenient as possible. Our online booking system allows you to log in with your mobile number and make changes to your schedule on your own time. Please note that any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This policy ensures that we have sufficient time to fill your appointment slot and accommodate other clients. If you miss an appointment or fail to provide sufficient notice, you will forfiet your deposit with full sets or lip blush procedures or be charged 50% of your infill price . Our team is always here to help if you have any questions or need assistance.

  • We take pride in offering premium services and we want to make sure that our clients are just as serious about their appointments as we are. That's why we have a booking fee required when you book your full sets. This fee will come off the total on the day of your appointment.

    This booking fee helps us prevent no-shows and ensures that our clients who book these longer appointments are truly committed to them.

  • Lash out with confidence knowing that we stand behind our work! While we don't offer refunds, we're committed to delivering high-quality service that'll leave you batting your lashes with joy. If you're not completely satisfied with your lashes or the service you received, let us know within 48 hours and we'll do everything we can to make things right. After all, your happiness is our lash-obsessed team's top priority!

  • If you do happen to be running a bit late, don't sweat it! Just give us a heads up and we'll do our best to work with you and keep your appointment on track. We always strive to be as flexible as possible and we'll try our best to accommodate your services based on the remaining time. Please keep in mind that the service will still be charged at the regular price.

  • We totally understand that life can be unpredictable sometimes, but unfortunately, no-shows are a real bummer for everyone involved. To help you remember we send out a friendly reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    If you do end up being a no-show, you’ll forfeit your booking fee. But don't worry, we'll still be here with open arms when you're ready to come back!

    If your appointment didn’t require a deposit, we will kindly ask that you pay a small fee of $49 to cover the missed appointment. Think of it like a small penance for standing us up - we'll forgive you and have you back with open arms, as long as we see your lovely face at your next appointment!

  • To qualify for an infill, we ask that you come back to see us within 4 weeks and have at least 40% of your lash coverage still intact. We want to make sure we have plenty to work with to give you that perfect fluttery look!

    Now, we know you're busy, but please try your best to arrive on time and with clean lashes for your appointment. We work our magic based on time, and we want to make sure we can give you the full treatment you deserve. Plus, it's just good lash etiquette, am I right?

    Oh, and just a quick heads up - we only apply infills to lashes that we've worked on before. If you've had your lashes done somewhere else, we kindly ask that you book a quick 15 minute consultation with us first so we can assess the situation. We want to make sure we can work our magic over the existing work without any issues. If we can't work our magic, we'll recommend removal and a full set re-application to get you looking and feeling your best!

  • When you arrive for your appointment, you'll find plenty of parking options available. You can park on the grassy nature strip or on the curb side - whatever works best for you.

    We just kindly ask that you please avoid parking in the driveway so others are able to come an go without a shuffle around.
